These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ashley, operated by Bamco Studio Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") at adcom.co. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Ashley.
Ashley is an AI-powered executive assistant that helps you manage tasks, emails, reminders, and communications. Ashley uses large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude) to generate responses. Ashley is a tool — not a person, not a lawyer, not a financial advisor. Use your judgment on anything important.
You agree not to use Ashley to:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
When you connect Gmail or Google Calendar, you authorise Ashley to read, compose, and send emails and read calendar events on your behalf — but only when you explicitly instruct it to. Ashley will not take actions on your email or calendar without your direction. You can disconnect at any time from adcom.co/integrations.
You own your content — tasks, notes, memories, conversations. We don't claim any rights to it. By using Ashley you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Ashley offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued access to certain features (including WhatsApp) requires a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed at adcom.co. We'll give you advance notice before charging. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us at hello@adcom.co.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Ashley depends on third-party services (Anthropic, Google, Twilio) which may have their own outages. We're not liable for interruptions outside our control.
Ashley is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ashley. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting hello@adcom.co. We can terminate or suspend your account with reasonable notice for violations of these terms, or immediately for serious violations. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
We'll notify you of significant changes via email or WhatsApp at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
